CAMP OVERVIEW
The Florida Soccer School’s Young Stars Camp is designed for beginners, recreational, or young players, 5 - 8 years of age, that want to try soccer for the first time. Our Young Stars program is designed so every player has FUN and leaves a more confident and knowledgeable player. At the Florida Soccer School, we use a cutting-edge innovative and fun approach to teaching that is unparalleled in the soccer community. This week long half-day program runs Monday through Friday from 9am to 12pm (noon) each day.

METHODOLOGY & TEACHING
At our Young Stars Camp we teach every player the basic techniques of soccer including, dribbling, passing and receiving, and an introduction to shooting. A major emphasis is placed on teaching our players how to control the ball. Players will learn important dribbling moves and techniques, including how to dribble with different surfaces of their foot.
A cutting-edge, innovative, and fun approach to teaching that is unparalleled in the soccer community is used at our Young Stars Camps. At the Florida Soccer School, we believe our Young Stars should have so much fun learning that they forget they are working hard and practicing soccer techniques.
We believe it is extremely important that our Young Stars are able to master key techniques at a young age. The more confident and technically proficient our players become, the more they will experiment and have fun with the ball. We believe confidence and enjoyment are keys to fostering creativity. Players will gain a technical foundation and confidence that will help them have more success and fun playing the game of soccer.
