The Tampa Pre-Season Fitness Camp has been designed for players to get a quick zap of fitness prior to their competitive seasons while working on key technical and tactical parts of the game. This program is for competitive players only as the session will be fitness driven, intensive, and competitive.
This program is ideal for players that have not done as much work during the summer or players that really want to be in top form for the club season. A Circuit style training method will be used to incorporate physical movements with technical and tactical components.
At The Florida Soccer School, we take pride in teaching and even though the priority for the week is to improve player's fitness our players will receive specific elite instruction.
The Tampa Pre-Season Camp is a 4 Day Program that will take place in the evenings from 6 - 7:30 pm Monday through Thursday, with Friday being a rain date.
